Centered Self
One-on-One Guidance
For most of our lives, we're taught to look outside ourselves for answers.
What success should look like.
Who we should become.
What we should want.
Over time, it becomes harder to hear our own inner knowing.
The map is already within you.
My role is to help you rediscover the inner compass that's been there all along.
There are seasons in life when we lose touch with ourselves. Sometimes it happens gradually through years of caring for everyone else. Other times it comes through a transition, loss, or awakening. Together, we'll create space to reconnect with the part of you that has always been there beneath the expectations, roles, and noise, so you can move forward with greater clarity, trust, and coherence.
The Centered Self Journey is a 16-week guided experience built around my
Centered Self Framework
Together we move through four stages:
Exploring Your Journey—Together
-
My role isn't to tell you which path to take. It's to help you find your own.
I think of this work as wayfinding. Together, we'll explore the beliefs, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may have pulled you away from yourself. Along the way, you'll strengthen your ability to recognize your own inner compass so that the decisions you make feel grounded, aligned, and authentically yours.
-
My one-on-one guidance combines reflective coaching, somatic practices, and optional microdose support. Every journey is personalized and designed around your unique needs.
Together we'll use practices that may include:
Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
Personalized practices and reflection
Somatic and nervous system tools
Voice note support between sessions
Optional microdosing guidance for those who feel called

Landmarks to help you orient as you journey through your inner landscape.
Unique Self
Who am I? Rediscover who you are beneath expectations, roles, and conditioning.
Embodied Self
What is my body telling me? Reconnect with your body, emotions, and nervous system as trusted sources of information.
Connected Self
How do I remain myself while connecting with others? Strengthen your relationships while remaining grounded in yourself and your values.
Loving Self
How do I trust myself? Nurture greater coherence and self-compassion to trust you know what is right for you.

Some clients choose to incorporate a carefully supported microdosing practice into their coaching journey. Others do not. This work is never about the medicine itself. It's about learning to listen more deeply to yourself.
If microdosing becomes part of your experience, it is simply one tool that may support awareness and integration.
Meet Tanya
My path to this work is not a straight line. As a global educator, I spent over sixteen years managing and designing transformative learning experiences abroad. My doctoral research focused on experiential learning, mindfulness, and how meaningful experiences shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world.
Over time, I realized that not all transformative journeys require travel. Experiences that shift our perspectives and deepen connection also bring us back to ourselves.
That led me to deepen my study of somatic practices, nervous system awareness, and reflective approaches to personal growth. I completed Third Wave’s microdose coaching certification, which emphasized plant medicine, intention, reflection, somatic awareness, integration, and the creation of safe, supportive containers.
I developed the Centered Self Framework, weaving reflective dialogue, body awareness, experiential practices, and optional microdose support into a personalized journey that honors your pace and inner knowing.
I see myself as a guide.
Someone who walks alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner compass, navigate life's transitions, and remember the part of yourself that has been there all along.
It would be an honor to walk that journey with you.
Path to You
Wanderer. I see your path of loneliness and exile.
Slowly, your forlorn demeanor plods on, aimlessly seeking, seeking.
Until a puddle causes pause. Peering, you see the you, as yet unknown.
Curious. How long has this you been traveling patiently within?
Long enough, far enough to know exactly what you need.
