Travel Planning Fee

This fee is required for me to begin the planning process, which will be based on the complexity of your trip and/or the number of travelers.

1. Planning Fee: The planning fee is applicable after the initial consultation and will be charged before the presentation of options. 

2. Non-Refundable: The planning fee is non-refundable.

3. Balance Deduction: The planning fee will be deducted from the total at the time of final payment. 

4. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation without rescheduling, the planning fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

5. Service Engagement: The planning fee does not guarantee the engagement of our services; it is solely for the time and expertise provided.

6. Fee Adjustment: The planning fee is subject to change at the discretion of the service provider. Any changes will be communicated to the client in advance.

7. Refusal of Services: The service provider reserves the right to refuse services to any client who fails to adhere to these terms and conditions.


By proceeding with the planning fee, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
