Sedona: Embodied Wisdom

A retreat to ground, practice, and nurture the body's innate healing capacity.

Your body holds wisdom. Create the space to listen.

Surrounded by Sedona's red rocks, we'll slow down and explore the body's innate healing capacity through movement, mindfulness, nature, and intentional connection.

We'll share housing, prepare shared meals, hike, rest, and practice listening inward.

And we'll do it together.

The Journey

What You’ll Receive

This retreat is thoughtfully designed to create space for your body to settle, listen, and experience the practices that support its natural capacity for healing.

You'll receive a balance of embodied practices, nature immersion, meaningful connection, personal space, and shared experiences.

Kayla will guide yoga, movement, somatic awareness, and practices for listening to the body. Tanya will guide the retreat arc, group coherence, reflection, collective intention, and our connection with Sedona as place.

Throughout the experience, you'll have space to explore what supports you personally while being held within the connection of a small group.

Our journey begins before Sedona and continues after we return home.
